where to post what
Pick the right room
Posting in the right channel gets you answered faster. Here's the quick map.
Can't get it running
1-on-1Panel won't show, blank window, "can't verify developer." Open a ticket and you get a private thread with someone who'll walk you through it.
It's misbehaving
Loads fine but does something wrong — freezes, wrong output, a button that does nothing. Tell us what you did and what happened instead.
Got an idea
Wish a plugin did one more thing? Drop it here. A lot of what Pulse does started as somebody's suggestion in this exact channel.
New releases
first lookEvery new plugin and update lands here before the site. Turn on notifications if you want them the second they're out, then check the release notes for the clean version history.

Get answered faster
The more you say up front, the fewer back-and-forths it takes. Three things to include in any help post:
Your setup
Your OS and After Effects version — find it under Help → About After Effects. Half of all install issues come down to version.
Which plugin
Name the exact plugin and what you were doing when it broke. "Pulse won't open" beats "it doesn't work" every time.
A screenshot
A shot of the error or the empty panel says more than a paragraph. Drag it straight into the channel.

who's on the other end
It's just me — yuhframer. An AMV editor building the plugins I wished existed, then handing them out free. No team, no support desk, no one else behind the curtain.
